Our Mission
Through collective effort, we will cultivate a strong, interconnected, and empowered LGBTQIA+ community in Cache Valley, where every individual has access to the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
We do this by focusing on several key areas of impact:

We work to create, strengthen, or spread the word about safe third spaces

Provide time and space for open community collaboration and feedback

LGBTQ+ Resource Sharing
Make resources easily accessible and sharing knowledge

LGBTQ+ Fundraising
Raise money and allocate funding to benefit the LGBTQ+ community, especially other local LGBTQ+ organizations doing meaningful work

We collaborate with other local LGBTQ+ friendly organizations and businesses to host events and workshops and address other community needs.

The Cache LGBTQ+ Collective is dedicated to cultivating a strong, interconnected, and empowered LGBTQIA+ community in Cache Valley, where every individual has access to the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Our Story
The Collective has grown out of grassroots community efforts and into a thriving network of passionate people taking action to create change. We are made up of brilliant community members already doing the work that needs to be done. We're just here to help that work continue, become more sustainable, and grow in impact.

Grassroots
The Cache LGBTQ+ Collective started as a concerted effort to build on and empower existing grass roots efforts in the community.
February 2024
First Meeting
We hosted our first meeting with the community under the name the Cache LGBTQ+ Advocacy Coalition.
September 2024
Pride & Pumpkins
We expanded our services to include mental health resources and partnered with local providers.
